Team Leader - Justin Dancer, Hills of Grace Fellowship


Responsibilities

   1. The New Work Development Team shall consist of a team leader who is enlisted by the Administrative Team of the association and with the approval of the Executive team or the association in annual session.

   2. The New Work Team members shall be enlisted by the team leader from local churches who have a passion in the area of new work development. Volunteers will be encouraged from the local churches.

   3. The New Work Team shall assess needs, set priorities, create task forces and schedule training events aimed at assisting the local churches in initiating new works.

   4. The New Work Team shall assist local churches through the Mission Investor Club funds to provide financial resources to initiate new work.

   5. The New Work Team shall set policies and guidelines on associational involvement in assisting new work in the Black Hills area Baptist Association, SBC.

   6. The New Work Team shall assist churches in assessing and accessing financial and personnel resources from the DBC and NAMB for the purpose of developing new work in the association.

   7. The New Work Team in consultation with the Administrative Team shall schedule, plan and communicate information on events, activities and emphasis that will promote new work development.

   8. The New Work Team shall endeavor to provide new work development resources and materials to be available through the Resource and Mission Center of the association.
